Example Magazine is the online representation of a generation and scene in Manchester. The musical, social and creative culture in Manchester is one of the most vibrant in the United Kingdom and we're bringing all of this together in one place, for you. Example Magazine aims to promote and inform and offer a platform for creative people to gain recognition.

Now over a year old we also endeavour to produce related content from all over the United Kingdom not just our home town.

Please remember that we have a lot of people writing articles for us (we're getting bigger every day) and as such any opinions expressed within are the opinions of the respective author and not necessarily representative of our views as a whole.

The Example Family

	James Editor / Founder	The Godfather of the example family. Organises things, runs the example twitter and the man in charge of content.
	Omid Webdesigner	Internet Lord. Responsible for making sure everything works and looks cool
	Frankie Brighton Editor	The man in charge of our brighton crew. Dabbles on the photography and the writing side as well.
	Stuart DnB Editor	Welshman Stu takes care of all our DnB needs.
	Robyn (Robert) Life Editor	Robyn or Robert as we affectionately call her. Our Life editor bringing you sex drugs and all the other stuff every month.
	Jonty Journalist	Jump up specialist and DNB boffin. Sends us the neatest interviews too.
	Cassie Journalist	Our tame mentalist, interviews people in between going to raves and being from London.
	Charukie Journalist	Another new addition to the Example Family. seems to be jinxed when it comes to people replying to her interview questions.
	Vicky Journalist	One of our new batch of writers. Bringing us a piece of her mind on all sorts of topics.
	Dan Journalist	Dan started us off with his exclusive Synkro interview, and should be a familiar face for those of you who regularly attend Strangefruit of Hit'n'Run. Big tingz.
	Annie Journalist	Annie is our fashion authority at the moment. Endeavouring to keep you up to date with some of the World's hottest independent clothing labels.
	Alex Journalist	Student and documentary film maker Alex (Ghost Grey) churns out articles faster than erm... some sort of article factory.
	Olly Journalist	Our masked garage correspondent.
	James F Journalist	One of our newest writers travels around on a train listen to tuff tunes (see left)
	Mikey Journalist	Mikey blesses us with his scouse writings.
	Node Journalist	The mysterious "Node" bringing us writings from the forefront of Future Garage.
	Ron Blanco Journalist	Our latest authority on DnB
	Joss (Brighton) Journalist	suprisingly good penmanship for how messy he gets.
	Alex De Ville (Brighton) Journalist	the wordsmith, originally from north london, de ville is a talented mc and pens alot of our reviews
	Al Baker Photographer / Writer	Al Baker veteran photographer of the Manchester Underground has recently joined the family. Bringing us a monthly column giving us an insight into how the scene has changed not only with words but his photos as well.
	Erin Photographer	"Mrs Papparazi" as we affectionately call her. Brings us ill pictures from Manchester's lively scene. Look out for her in the booth.
	Hayley Photographer	Friend of the OMG crew and avid photographer. Brings us photos when she isnt falling down stairs or stepping on Goldie's trainers (true story).
	Rhi Photographer (Leeds)	Another addition to our team from across the penines. Rhi brings us pictures from some of Leed's best nights including Exodus, Subdub and more.
	Sam Photographer (Leeds)	Sam is the first addition to the Example family from Leeds. Shell be bringing us photos from Leeds highlights such as Exodus and Subdub
	Katie Photographer	Always bringing us photos from the front line of Manny's grimiest dubstep nights.
	Chloe Photographer	Our newest photographer. Takes pics for us whenever her camera isnt broken.
	Tom Photographer	enjoys taking photographs and drinking as you can see
	Chris Swain Photographer (Brighton)	the man about town with camera. find chris all over brighton either snapping pics or propping up the bar.
	Jess Photographer (Brighton)	the newest member of the team. great with the camera and also one of sussex reps.
	Alex Pazza Nerd	the mac man. the nerd who sorts everything out at the brighton end.
