Are You Dumb?' reaches for the 140bpm zone and stamps out a fresh, urban footprint from the HeavyFeet stable. Its Issue 21 time. We've recovered from the mental month of festivals and we've still got our big chill coverage to go public.  This month should be a good one for the DnB heads.  Weve got a Q and A with Phil Tangent (Soul:R). A late review of Justice and Metros LP.
