The Grime scene is one that is heavily dominated by London artists.  Musicians in the north or outside the capital have to work a lot harder to establish a name for themselves.  This April BPM in Conjunction with Contact Theatre is planning to showcase some of the best Grime and Mic talent in Manchester.    Each week they will gather
 
The UK’s musical Grime scene has long been dominated by London artists and it has proved hard for young artists from outside of London to establish themselves.  This April, BPM in conjunction with Contact embark on an exciting 6 week project to showcase the limitless MC and Grime talent in Manchester.

Every Saturday at 4' o clock starting from the 16th April  BPM DJ's Phaze-One and Darka will broadcast the sessions live to the world via UStream from the New Contact Theatre Media lounge.  The sets will also be filmed and a highlights video put up on the internet
