Ripper hit up Moho Live with their biggest line up yet. Featuring a 2-hour, 6 deck set from the inimitable Calyx & Teebee and a surprise appearance from the groundbreaking Kahn, they blew the roof off the venue and had people skanking all night. It's great to see nights like this building on continued success with brilliant vibes and DJs.

Big beats as ever from APE (the last such event held at the Apollo) Hip-hop DJ legend Q-BERT mashing up whilst MischiefMaker mooched around the venue. Took me a while to get passed the Head Monkey but just caught Youngman. JACKMASTERS gave way to SKREAM & the place finally took off. No more so then when [i]'Tune of the Year'[/i] MARKA dropped. It was teased in again by ANDY C. The Exectutioner slayed everyone with his usual crowd-pleasing performance. First time I'd ever heard him called 'The Andy-Christ' too! HIGH CONTRAST took over & though his selections were tasteful the tempo & impact had definitely dropped. RICH REASON picked it back up (MARKA again) & KARMIC EVOLUTION hyped the die-hard last-hour ravers
